As part of our World Entrepreneurship Day celebrations, SIAWED organized an inspiring mentorship session featuring Baby Anitha M, our Founding Diamond Mentor, at CTTE College, Chennai.

With 28 years of corporate and training experience, 18 years in HR & Operations, and 10 years in Coaching & Mentoring, she shared valuable insights on leadership, communication, career growth, and entrepreneurship. The session inspired aspiring entrepreneurs and students to develop confidence, enhance their skills, and pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
